About Me

I am a strategic leader, with over a decade of experience in research, specializing in using insights to drive innovation and elevate client experiences. Leveraging expertise in behavioural psychology and advanced research methodologies, I deliver actionable insights that enhance client satisfaction, drive business outcomes, and fuel organizational transformation.

Some highlights of my accomplishments include:

  • Leading CX and journey research initiatives that integrate seamlessly with agile processes and organizational objectives, delivering comprehensive actionable insights to shape both short- and long-term CX strategies.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across product, design, and technology teams to champion client-centric approaches and implement solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Advancing research maturity within the organization by developing streamlined processes, and tools to boost efficiency while mentoring teams to achieve high-impact results.

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Psychology and Health Studies from the University of Toronto, a Data Analyst Certificate (RAPP) from Humber College, and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Market Research and Consumer Behaviour from IE Business School.

With a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, synthesizing complex data, and translating insights into impactful strategies, I excel at aligning research initiatives with broader business objectives.
